How do I get started with LeaderHub?
To get started, sign in with your credentials provided by your church administrator. Once logged in, you'll have access to the dashboard where you can view meetings, resolutions, tasks, and more based on your assigned role.
How do I invite new users to my organisation?
As an administrator, go to Settings → User Management. Click "Invite User" and enter their email address, name, and assign them an appropriate role. They will receive an email invitation to join your organisation.
What roles are available and what can they do?
LeaderHub offers role-based access control. Common roles include Administrator (full access), Board Chair (manage meetings and resolutions), Secretary (record minutes and manage documents), and Board Member (view and vote). Each role has specific permissions tailored to their responsibilities.
How do I create a new meeting?
Navigate to the Meetings section and click "New Meeting". Fill in the meeting details including title, date, time, location, and agenda items. You can also specify the board and invite attendees.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement role-based access controls, secure authentication, and comply with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act). See our POPIA Compliance page for more details.
How can I change my password?
Go to Settings → Security tab. Enter your current password and your new password twice to confirm. Click "Update Password" to save the changes.
